ORDERS

We take payment at the time of order. No order is dispatched by Honeyjam until the order has been checked & approved. If there is a problem, we will email you within 3 working days. Your order will be marked as Processing while being wrapped and booked for collection, Dispatched when collected for delivery and Completed once delivered. You will be emailed at each stage of process.

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm (UK standard time) the next working day provided the item is in stock. Please allow 7 working days for delivery. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you by email to offer you an alternative delivery date, or a refund if you prefer.

Please note we do not dispatch orders on Friday, Saturdays or Sundays and orders placed on these days will be processed on Monday.

Charges for UK orders start at £4.50 prices are based on weight of package.
(*UK Mainland only & excludes MADE TO ORDER Items and some Costumes).

No weekend or Bank Holiday deliveries are available.

MyHermes International only to countries listed in the drop down menu.
Prices are based on destination of delivery and weight of parcel.

We currently ship to 17 countries.

Honeyjam will try as much as possible to send items within our standard delivery charge.

However if you require specialist carriers or require extra insurance contact our customer service representative.

If you have purchased an item or received a gift with which you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us. We will do all we can to put it right for you.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

You can contact us by e-mail at info@honeyjam.co.uk or by Telephone 0207 243 0449.
We will need to know the reason for the return.
We will do our very best to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

We offer full refund for items only if returned as packaged, unopened and unused. To request a refund or exchange please return the item undamaged and in its original packaging to our address: Honeyjam 2 Blenheim Crescent, London, W11 1NN.
We regret we do not reimburse return postage costs.
We will accept returns by hand to our shop by arrangement only.

Please note: With the exception of faulty goods, we will be unable to accept returns for exchange or refund unless they are as originally packaged, are unopened and have not been used.
* Important Notice * If an item arrives damaged please keep original parcel packaging to enable us to claim a return from the delivery company.

If there is a fault with your item please contact us within 7 days to arrange return & exchange.
We cannot guarantee exchange or refunds after the 7 day period.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE WHEN RETURNING ITEMS.
We do not accept responsibility for the return postage costs or returned items that are lost or damaged in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Please contact us to advise us when the package has been sent so that we know to expect it.

We will refund within 48 hours of the goods being returned in satisfactory condition. We will refund using the same method of payment as the original purchase but regret that we are unable to refund the cost of return postage.

All our deliveries are sent via sign for delivery service no liability will be accepted for parcels left without a signature. If you have advised us of a "safe place" to leave the delivery, for example 'leave in porch' or 'leave in shed' etc. Honeyjam accepts no responsibility for any mishap occurring to the package for instance theft or rain damage. By requesting that the order is left anywhere other than being delivered 'hand to hand' the customer accepts all responsibility for any untoward occurrences.

This guarantee does not affect any rights you have under the Sale of Goods Act or The Distance Selling Regulations.
